Returns
KOCH AIR RETURN POLICY
Koch Air will accept products for return that meet the following criteria:
- Customer provides proof of purchase
- Product is in new and unused condition
- Product is current merchandise that is stocked in our warehouse
- Product is in its original packaging
- For product that meets all of the above criteria, the following restocking fees will apply:
- Returns within 30 days of purchase will not be assessed a restocking fee
- Returns within 90 days of purchase will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
- Returns after 90 days of purchase will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
- Returns after 180 days of purchase will not allowed
- The following product will not be accepted for return or refund/credit:
- More than 180 days from date of purchase
- Used, installed, or damaged product
- Missing or damaged packaging, instructions, or labeling
- Non-Current or obsolete product
- Non-stock or Special Order product
- Parts or supplies unless there is a shipping error or damage during shipment
