KOCH AIR RETURN POLICY

Koch Air will accept products for return that meet the following criteria:

  • Customer provides proof of purchase
  • Product is in new and unused condition
  • Product is current merchandise that is stocked in our warehouse
  • Product is in its original packaging

 

  • For product that meets all of the above criteria, the following restocking fees will apply:
    • Returns within 30 days of purchase will not be assessed a restocking fee
    • Returns within 90 days of purchase will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
    • Returns after 90 days of purchase will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
    • Returns after 180 days of purchase will not allowed
  • The following product will not be accepted for return or refund/credit:
    • More than 180 days from date of purchase
    • Used, installed, or damaged product
    • Missing or damaged packaging, instructions, or labeling
    • Non-Current or obsolete product
    • Non-stock or Special Order product
    • Parts or supplies unless there is a shipping error or damage during shipment
